We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 3 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

• Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

• Your order number

• The product you wish to return

• The reason for the return

Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with the return shipping instructions.

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, CordobaShop will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, please complete the return process described above first. Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
