سياسة الإرجاع

 

 

 

نحن نهتم برضاكم التام عن مشترياتكم. إذا لم تكن راضياً عن المنتج الذي استلمته، يمكنك إرجاعه إلينا خلال (3 ايام) يوماً من تاريخ استلامه.

شروط الإرجاع:

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وغير تالف، مع وجود جميع الملصقات والعبوة الأصلية.

• لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التي تم فتحها أو استخدامها، إلا في حال وجود عيب مصنعي.

عملية الإرجاع:

1. لتقديم طلب إرجاع، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر (cordobasilvershop@gmail.com).

2. قم بتزويدنا برقم الطلب واسم المنتج المراد إرجاعه، مع شرح سبب الإرجاع.

3. سوف نراجع طلبك ونزودك بالتعليمات اللازمة لإعادة شحن المنتج.

4. بعد استلامنا للمنتج وفحصه، سنقوم بمعالجة طلب الإرجاع.

استرداد المبلغ:

• سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى طريقة الدفع الأصلية التي استخدمتها في عملية الشراء.

• يرجى ملاحظة أن عملية استرداد المبلغ قد تستغرق ما بين (7 ايام) إلى (15 يوم) يوماً حتى تظهر في حسابك، وذلك حسب سياسات البنك أو جهة الدفع.

• (اختر من يتحمل تكاليف الشحن: يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع، أو يتحملها المتجر في حالة العيب المصنعي).

 

سياسة الإستبدال

 

إذا كنت ترغب في استبدال منتج بآخر، يرجى اتباع عملية الإرجاع المذكورة أعلاه أولاً، ثم قم بتقديم طلب جديد للمنتج الذي ترغب في الحصول عليه.

Return Policy

 

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within (3 days) days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.

• Opened or used products cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at (cordobasilvershop@gmail.com)

2. Provide your order number and the name of the product you wish to return, along with the reason for the return.

3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Please allow (7 days) to (15 of days) business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• (Choose who pays for return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, or the store covers them in case of a manufacturing defect).

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process mentioned above and then place a new order for the desired item.
